The chamber’s roots are firmly planted in the trial courts by our Founding Partner, Sh. Mahinder Singh Nain, Advocate. An alumnus of Panjab University, Chandigarh (LL.B.), Sh. M.S. Nain has dedicated over five decades to the rigorous demands of grassroots litigation at the District Courts of Hisar. Specializing in Complex Criminal Litigation, his uncompromising approach to trial strategy and cross-examination forms the bedrock of the firm’s evidentiary expertise.

Building upon this multi-decade trial foundation, Founder and Advocate-on-Record (Supreme Court of India) Ajay Nain has scaled the chamber’s practice to the highest court of the land. Moving systematically from the District Courts through the appellate jurisdiction of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Mr. Nain holds the distinction of being the first Advocate-on-Record originating from the District Bar Association, Hisar—an institution whose roots are deeply intertwined with India’s freedom struggle.
